Intercard appoints new National Accounts Manager

We are pleased to announce the recruitment of a new key member of staff – Paul Garner.
|
|
|
|
Paul, our new National Accounts Manager, has been well known to Intercard for
many years. Through his role in sales at Promail Ltd (a leading independent
supplier of mailing solutions), he has done a very good job of selling to us.
We can testify to Paul's ability to identify needs, recommend solutions, supply
equipment and provide first class after sales service. We trust he will be as
valuable to our customers as he has been to us! His experience selling Forms
Handling, Print Finishing and Mailroom Machinery Equipment has also meant
relationship development with many of our existing and prospective clients.
The assimilation of product knowledge around our range of plastic card
personalisation, match mailing and fulfilment systems will not be totally
unfamiliar territory to Paul. Having joined Promail nine years ago as an
engineer, Paul developed into his sales role in 2001. As a qualified production
engineer, with a full City & Guilds apprenticeship and level 5 NVQs, Paul has
the relevant background to be able to recognise and empathise with many of his
customers circumstances, operations and predicaments and thus be able to make
solutions based recommendations.
We believe his consultative selling abilities, listening skills, thorough
attention to detail and keenness to achieve what is right for the client are key
attributes.
