Personalising the card is only one process in issuing cards to customers. Finished cards are usually required to be attached to a personalised letter (or carrier) before being folded, inserted into an envelope and posted. Our bureau employs a mixture of manual and automatic matching and merging processes to ensure that every card is sent to the right customer.
