Pop out laminated paper temporary loyalty cards

Designed as a low-cost, temporary or limited longevity loyalty card – the 'pop out' card is a credit card sized laminated paper card printed, perforated and readily 'pressed out' from within an A4 letter.

The big advantage of this solution is that your initial message is conveyed on an A4 sheet, whilst the 'ongoing message' is retained with the person (in the wallet).

This is a disposable type format used where limited time reward offers may be required.

A4 sheet with 2 labels

White 90gsm A4 sheet with 2 integral non-copy labels, each 64mm(d) x 92 mm (w). The labels are positioned 9mm up from the bottom of the sheet and 9mm from the left hand side with 8mm gap between labels.

A4 sheet with address label

White 90gsm A4 sheet finished with 1 non-copy label, 61mm(d) x 92 mm (w). The label is positioned 10mm from the right hand side and 10mm from the top.

A4 sheet with pop out card

White 115gsm A4 sheet finished with 1 pop-out card, 54mm(d) x 86 mm (w) with matt laminate, which allows for desktop printing on the face & reverse. The card is positioned 22.5mm up from the bottom of the sheet and 62mm from the left hand side.

A4 sheet with butterfly card

White 135gsm A4 sheet finished with 1 butterfly card, 54mm(d) x 172 mm (w) with transfer tape on the reverse. The label can be peeled out and folded in half to create a two sided card. The label is positioned 22.5mm up from the bottom of the sheet and 20mm from the left hand side.
